Hi there, I'm Richard
I've spent over eight years with a wide range of systems, environments and users undertaking IT support and ethical hacking, security assessments and penetration testing with government and small business clients.
That experience has given me a practical understanding of how business technology works in the real world, not just how it should look on paper.
I offer a different perspective; I'm not just focusing on whether systems are working, I'm looking at how cybercriminals exploit weak security to break into and move through networks.
Too many businesses rely on outdated systems, legacy software, and poorly maintained environments without realising how vulnerable they are. Through auditing business networks and penetration testing, I've seen firsthand just how compromising a single computer or staff account leads to full control of the business’s IT systems. And I really don't want that for you.
My approach is to deliver IT support with security that's built-in from the start. I help clients strengthen their systems, reduce risk, and move toward modern, secure solutions that are properly maintained and built to a high standard.
Alongside my hands-on experience, I hold industry-recognised certifications including CREST Registered Tester (CRT), OSCP, and ITIL 4 Foundation.
All that aside, I provide a lot of support to individuals and families who need all kinds of troubleshooting for their home computers and devices. I always endeavour to explain issues and solutions in plain language so you know what's going on.
When I’m not tinkering with my computer (IYKYK), I play tennis, spend time with my family and friends, and enjoy meeting new people.
